As the Co-Founder and Partner at Wovenlee, she has led numerous projects that blend creativity with data-driven strategies, helping businesses large and small find their unique voice in competitive markets.
Her career spans high-growth startups and collaborations with private equity firms, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to align business objectives with effective marketing solutions. Chelsea’s approach is both innovative and practical, ensuring that strategies are not only visionary but also executable.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Chelsea is passionate about mentoring women in business, providing guidance and support to help them navigate the entrepreneurial landscape.
Candice is the go-to expert when effective systems start to falter. With over 20 years in leadership roles, she’s adept at identifying misalignments between organizational structures and the people operating within them.
Her career includes positions such as Director of Lifelong Learning at Mazzella Companies, Director of Programming and Development at House of Shine, and Chief Operating Officer at Vivayic. At Pegasus Logistics Group, she served as Director of Talent Engagement, where she was instrumental in implementing Individual Development Plans and mentoring programs, contributing to the company’s recognition as one of Dallas’s Best Places to Work.
Candice holds certifications from the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and has completed programs at Stagen Leadership Academy and Gallup’s Strengths Coaching. Her approach is holistic, focusing on aligning systems with the unique dynamics of each team.
